Use provon transcripts to inspect persisted coding-agent transcripts in a private, loopback-only browser viewer.

The viewer does not upload data. It reads transcripts locally, projects them into a canonical format, and serves a read-only UI on 127.0.0.1.

Start The Viewer#

provon transcripts

The command discovers transcripts from default locations for Claude Code, Codex, and Pi. Pass explicit paths to limit discovery:

Options#

text
--no-open                   Start the viewer without opening a browser
--port <port>               Viewer port; defaults to an available loopback port
--include-tool-output       Tool output handling: truncated, none, or full (default truncated)

Tool Output Mode#

Tool outputs may be large. Choose how they appear in the viewer:
